02What this site is, and is not

We publish listings from adults who have proved who they are. That is the whole service.

We do not employ, represent, manage, arrange or broker anyone listed here. We take no share of anything arranged between adults who find each other through the site.

Rates are set by the person listed and paid to them. We never handle money between members and providers.

03Who can use it

You must be 18 or over to use any part of this site. You must also be allowed to use a service like this where you live. If you are not, leave now.

04Your account

Give us accurate details and keep your sign-in to yourself. One account per person.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts someone at risk. Where we do, we tell you why unless the law or someone's safety stops us.

05Listing here

Every provider is checked against government photo ID and a live selfie before a listing is published. No listing goes live without it.

Photos must be of you, recent, and yours to publish. You list yourself only. Nobody may create or run a listing for someone else.

You must be 18 or over, working of your own free will, and allowed to work where you list.

06What is not allowed

Anything involving a person under 18. Anything published without the consent of the person in it. Advertising anything illegal where you are. Trying to find out where a provider lives or works. Harassment, threats or abuse of anyone. Copying or scraping listings.

07Where listings appear

The order of listings changes every day and is the same for everyone that day. Position is never for sale, at any price.

08Reports and removal

Anyone can report a listing. Reports are read by a person. We remove anything that breaks these terms, and we may keep records where the law requires it or where someone's safety is involved.

09Our responsibility

We check identity. We do not check conduct, and we cannot guarantee how anyone behaves. Use your own judgement, meet safely, and report anything that worries you.

Nothing in these terms limits a right you have by law.

10Changes and law

We will post any change here and date it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the European Union, you keep every protection the law where you live gives you, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

02What we collect

Everyone: your confirmation that you are 18 or over, and basic technical data (device, browser, time of visit) kept for security.

Members: email address, date of birth, saved listings and messages you send through the site.

Providers: your photo ID and live selfie for verification, your photos, listing details and the broad area you work in.

03Why we use it

To run the site and your account (our contract with you). To verify age and identity and meet our legal duties (legal obligation). To keep people safe and stop fraud and abuse (legitimate interests). Anything optional, we ask first (consent).

04Sensitive information

A listing here can reveal information about a person's sex life. We only process that with a provider's explicit consent, given when they create a listing, and they can withdraw it by closing the listing.

05Your ID documents

ID and selfie images are used only to verify you. They are never shown on the site, never shared with members, and are deleted within 30 days of the check. We keep only a record that the check passed: the name and date of birth on the document, the type of document, and the date and result of the check.

06Location

We store the broad area a provider works in, never an address. Members see only a distance band (under 1 mile, under 5 miles, under 10 miles, anywhere). No exact distance is ever shown or sent.

07Who sees your data

Our service providers who host the site, send email and run the identity check, under contract and only on our instructions. We never sell personal data. We share it with police or regulators only when the law requires it or someone is at immediate risk.

08Transfers abroad

Some of our service providers store data outside the UK. Where they do, we use the safeguards UK law requires.

09How long we keep it

ID and selfie images: deleted within 30 days of the check.

Your account, listing, photos and messages: deleted within 30 days of you closing your account.

The record that a provider passed verification: kept for 6 years after the listing closes, so we can prove every person listed was an adult.

Reports and moderation decisions: kept for 6 years, because they may be needed to protect someone or answer a legal claim.

Security logs: deleted after 90 days.

We keep anything longer only when the law requires it or a report is still open.

10Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop. Email us and we will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

11Leave this site

The Leave this site button is never tracked. Pressing it does not log you out and records nothing.

Anything involving a person under 18 is removed immediately, the account is closed, and we report it to the police and the relevant authorities.

05If you are worried

Report a listing from its page, or email support@ifantasyx.com. A person reads every report about a possible minor first, before anything else in the queue. If a child is in immediate danger, call 999.

02How to complain

For a listing, use Report a listing on its page. For anything else, email support@ifantasyx.com with Complaint in the subject line. Tell us what happened and what you would like us to do.

03What happens next

We confirm we have it within 2 working days. A person looks into it and replies with a decision and the reason within 14 days. If we need longer, we tell you why.

04If your listing was removed

You can ask us to look again. A different person from the one who made the first decision reviews it.

05If you are still unhappy

Reply to our decision and we will review it once more. For data complaints, you can go to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
